The Integration Organization
How do you structure the governance of an acquisition integration and appoint the right people for the job?
In this course we look at the teams that oversee, manage and deliver an acquisition integration. You will understand about the hierarchy and roles of the Steering Committee, Integration Management Office (IMO), Onboarding Team, and workstreams. We also look at the members of these teams: what are the various roles, qualifications and qualities of the ideal candidates for these positions.
The Integration Organization addresses the following questions
- What is a typical governance for an acquisition integration?
- What are the ideal qualifications and qualities of the people who should be part of the integration organization?
- What workstreams should you use?
- How many workstreams should there be?
This course includes materials for download.
