Integration Objectives are the initiatives that define the emphasis, or focus areas, for the journey ahead. This course describes how to identify those objectives.
We start with the feeder information: identifying the reasons for acquiring, and formulating the Mission Statement for the journey ahead. These inputs are used to derive two types of objectives: “Workstream” and “Company-Wide” objectives.
Our training is designed specifically for online learning. It is not a recording of a classroom session, nor a series of webinars.
This course is part of the Certified Acquisition Integration Manager (CAIM) qualification, and is appropriate for the people who will be included in the Integration Management Office (IMO), Onboarding, Communications and the Integration Workstreams.
