Integration Objectives

Integration Objectives are the initiatives that define the emphasis, or focus areas, for the journey ahead. This course describes how to identify those objectives.

We start with the feeder information: identifying the reasons for acquiring, and formulating the Mission Statement for the journey ahead.  These inputs are used to derive two types of objectives: “Company Wide” and “Workstream” objectives.

Upon successfully passing the course assessment, you will be awarded the Learning Achievement Integration Objectives. This contributes towards the Certified Acquisition Integration Manager (CAIM) qualification. To review your Learning Achievements go to Online, My Learning Profile
