Learn how to create and run the hierarchy of projects that will merge together the operations, processes, and technologies of the businesses together.
The creation of these projects requires each workstream to combine tasks that are specific to the integration, with “standard tasks” that would be carried out on every integration. To help with this, a number of template standard tasklists are included with this lesson.
