Communication is critical to the success of an integration. Here we learn how to communicate with each of the audiences: who your audiences are, and what you want to say to each of them.
We help you prepare for the Day 1 announcement, and clarify the four phases of communication: how it must change as the integration moves through challenging times, and how it must be sustained until the end of the integration.
