In this course you will learn how to prepare for the announcement of an acquisition, known as “Day 1“, because for the employees who did not know about the acquisition, it is the first day of the integration. The course includes

  • Checklists of the many activities that need to be prepared for, before Day 1 takes place
  • Devising the logistics of “The Announcement”
  • How to create the communication content for Day 1
  • Discussing some strategic topics to answer the questions that arise at the kick-off and continue during the integration

Our training is designed specifically for online learning. It is not a recording of a classroom session, nor a series of webinars.

This course is part of the Certified Acquisition Integration Manager (CAIM) qualification, and is appropriate for the people who will be included in the Integration Management Office (IMO), the Onboarding Team, Communications Team, Steering Committee and the Integration Workstreams.
