Communication is critical to the success of an integration. During this course we will learn how to communicate with different audiences appropriately – especially the staff in the acquired business.
Four phases of communication are covered:
- Working out who your audiences are, and what you want to say to each of them
- Preparing for the Day 1 announcement
- How to communicate after the announcement. Specifically, how it must change as the integration moves through challenging times and how it must be sustained until the end of the integration
Our training is designed specifically for online learning. It is not a recording of a classroom session, nor a series of webinars.
This course is part of the Certified Acquisition Integration Manager (CAIM) qualification, and is appropriate for the people who will be included in the Integration Management Office (IMO), the Steering Committee and the Integration Workstreams.
