Completion of the training teaches concepts and strategies for integrating acquired lower-mid and mid-size businesses. Recertification focuses upon how you have applied the learning to real world scenarios.
There are four requirements for recertification
- At least 300 hours of integration-related experience, over 3 years
- At least 30 hours of related education or "giving back"
- Completion of all CAIM topics
- A current subscription to the Certified Acquisition Integration Manager® program

Intista understands that most people who work on acquisition integrations are not deployed full-time, and are often not deployed frequently. We also know that many of those that work on integrations do not work across all departments/workstreams. The recertification process accommodates these scenarios, so that specialist functions in acquisition integrations are recognized for their contribution to delivering successful initiatives.
