When Carnival Cruise Line ships stop at their destinations, passengers spend time at the dockside shops owned by the cruise line. To maximize the passenger experience Carnival provided free customer service training for locals. To ensure that the shoppers’ experience was a familiar one to them. Subcontracted to deliver Bilingual Customer Service Training to locals in Cozumel, Mexico and Roatan, Honduras.
Class objectives included
- Improving customer service at ports of call
- Enhancing hotel, restaurant, retail and tourism experiences
- Customized Spanish program
Classes ranged in size from 20 to 35 experienced sales staff, using a combination of Spanish and English exercises.
