Compliance is a critical part of a number of industries, e.g. nuclear, banking, or rail transit. The eB product from Enterprise Informatics (now part of Bentley Systems) helps businesses control information and manage change throughout the asset lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of accurate, trusted information to operations and maintenance teams.

At the time of the acquisition of Enterprise Informatics by Bentley Systems, their headquarters was in San Diego, California. It had staff in 5 countries, with a significant presence in the UK, and remote workers across the rest of Europe and South Africa.

Integration

Program Managed the integration of this software technology. Set up and monitored the numerous projects within the program. 20 teams were involved, each with their own collection of projects to be coordinated. Teams included development, IT, Finance, professional services, facilities, and three separate HR departments (each in it’s own global region).
