HQ Capital is a financing company, specializing in providing loans for individuals to purchase used cars.

Transformation

Intista was engaged to capture and document the company’s entire collection of processes, ranging from forming new partnerships with car dealerships, through to repossessing cars where the loanee had defaulted. This would be the core business documentation, around which future training content for new hires, would be based.

During detailed analysis gaps in some processes were discovered, upon which new procedure were determined and documented.
