Before being acquired by Envision Healthcare, Sheridan Healthcare acquired Greater Florida Anesthesiologists, expanding the depth of the healthcare staffing agency, providing experts in anesthesiology, neonatology, emergency medicine, and radiology. It increased customer offerings, so that they were placing healthcare staff in more than 350 hospitals across the USA.

Integration

Intista was hired to manage the IT integration of acquired doctors’ practices. Projects included migrating server data, merging networks, Microsoft Exchange migration and moving PCs to the standard IT domain.

This IT integration project was completed on time and to budget, which was the first time in their acquisition history.
